A new regional short film funding and development scheme, supporting the production of four live-action narrative short films in 2026, providing vital opportunities for emerging and early-career filmmakers based in Cork, Kerry and Waterford, developing, producing and promoting work that reflects the region's distinctive voice.

We're calling for script applications from filmmakers based in Cork, Cork City, Kerry and Waterford. Original live-action narrative short films, 8 to 15 minutes. One film funded per local authority. Production bursary of €14,000. Script development, mentorship and production support included.
